I bought a pair of shoes from seller on ebay auction. The shoe arrived fairly quickly but seller sent in a wrong shoe and the shoe i was supposed to get got mailed to someone else. Seller was quick to reply to my email and offered a prompt refund as well as allowed me to keep shoes that were sent in error.
